Update FromCommentsController.class.php

This pattern `$p = '/\/\*\*([\s\S])*?\*\//' ;` sometimes fails with error code: PREG_JIT_STACKLIMIT_ERROR,  so change the pattern to `$p = "|/\*\*([\s\S]*)\*/|U";` to fix it.
