- 任何绩效考核系统都存在一定的负面因素,通常包括:<br />

- 由于各个岗位的工作内容有别,订出评价得分标准不可能绝对合理。可能会出现得分高的人做的事情少,工作难度小;反之,得分低的人做的事情多,工作难度大的情况。
